first yogurt maker purchased. i use it every 2 days and so far i'm satisfied. the little recipe manual is a great help.

No recipe book!

I was so happy when I received the Little Balance Dessertière. But much less so when I realized that the recipe book was not included. How can I get it? Thanks for your help.
The 5 stars are for the first (Greek) yoghurts made with the machine!

I recommend this article.
I've tried several recipes, but the plain yoghurt is my favorite.
The items I ordered arrived quickly but despite the care taken with the packaging, 1 pot arrived in crumbs, so I'm running with 17 pots instead of 18.

Perfect goat's and sheep's milk yoghurts. As well as the faisselles. All too good. Perfectly suited to our ménage a deux for the week. And the machine is so easy to use and clean. Everything is perfect.

Problem hours

In program 4 it is 6 hours and not 4 hours as indicated in the recipe. For the caramel custards.

The program is indeed 6 hours long, but if our Chef Caro has indicated 4 hours, it's because this time is sufficient to make the flans.
If you wish, you can vary the time of each program, according to your needs.
