Happy Genius USB kitchen scale - Battery-free

Very happy with the product and the eco-responsible approach (durability / replacement of parts / no batteries).
On the other hand, disappointed to have received an initial product that didn't work... No quality control before dispatch?
The product was finally replaced and the after-sales service was responsive in exchanges, but less so in the delivery time.
I hope to be able to enjoy the purchased product for a long time to come.
