Ingredients:
- 115g dark chocolate
- 140g salted butter
- 145g brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 160g eggs
- 20g flour
Melt the chocolate and salted butter in a saucepan (gas mark 4).
Place the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and whisk for 5 minutes. The mixture should turn white. Add the flour and whisk until incorporated. Then add the chocolate and melted butter mixture and whisk again.
Butter an 18 cm-diameter springform pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper and place the pastry in the tin.
Place the mold in the drawer of your Air Fryer and run the Cakes program at 120°C for 30 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature, then chill for a few hours. Turn it out of the mould and present it right-side up.
