Ingredients
- 200g softened butter
- 85g powdered sugar
- 40g sugar
- 40g almond powder
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 330g flour
Recipe
Place the butter, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla sugar and almond powder in the bowl of your Easy Pâtisserie. Mix with the hook.
Then add the egg and 80g of flour. Mix well.
Once the dough has set, add the remaining flour and mix with a hook, stopping as soon as the dough is ready.
Cover the dough ball with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for an hour.
Take out the dough and roll it out between 2 baking sheets to a thickness of about 3mm.
Using a pastry cutter, cut out circles and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Leave the shortbread to cool.
Melt some dark chocolate and use a cone to draw the reindeer's eyes, horns and nose. Immediately place a small piece of candy on the still-warm chocolate nose to help it stick.
These little reindeer are perfect to eat and to give as gifts!
