Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 half sachet yeast
- 2 eggs
- 30 cl milk
- 50 g sugar
- 40 g butter
- 2 apples
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Mixed nuts
- Maple syrup
- Salt

Place the flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt in the bowl of your Easy Pâtisserie.
Form a well and add the beaten eggs, melted butter and milk. Start the Easy Pâtisserie until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Leave the dough to rest for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, peel and grate one of the apples, then stir it into the waffle batter with the cinnamon.
Preheat your Maxi-Speed 1500 waffle iron and pour a small ladleful of batter onto each side. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown.
Repeat to cook the remaining waffles.
Peel the second apple, cut into quarters and pan-fry.
Serve waffles with apple wedges, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
