Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- Liquid preparation :
- 1 egg
- 50g flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Set and pepper
- A little milk
- Breadcrumbs:
- 50g corn flour
- 50g flour
- 50g Panko
Recipe
Beat the egg from the liquid mixture in a soup bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Stir in a little milk to obtain a smooth paste.
In a second shallow dish, mix the three ingredients for the breadcrumbs: panko, flour and cornflour.
Cut the chicken breasts into popcorn-sized pieces.
Dip the chicken pieces in the liquid mixture, then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the operation. Spray each side of the chicken pieces with oil and place in the bowl of your Crousty Light for 10 minutes at 180°C, stirring halfway through. Serve with ketchup, spicy mayonnaise or another sauce of your choice.
