Carrot and cumin waffles at Flip Gaufres

Ingredients: 

  • 150g flour
  • 45g melted butter
  • 13cl ribot milk (fermented milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 8cl milk
  • 1/2 sachet yeast
  • 2 carrots 
  • Cumin, salt, pepper 

Recipe:

Wash, peel and grate your carrots using your Easy Veggie vegetable slicer. 

Weigh your ingredients with your Genius kitchen scale. Then blend them with your Easy pâtisserie food processor to obtain a homogeneous dough. 

Plug in your Flip Waffles to heat. 

Add grated carrots, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. 

Cook mini ladles of dough for 3 minutes. 

Serve and enjoy with a nice green salad, for example!
