Ingredients
- 1 Camembert in wooden box
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced or thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- A little black pepper, oregano and/or sweet pepper
- Country bread or baguette, sliced
Recipe
Open the box, take out the Camembert and remove the packaging. Return the cheese to its wooden box. Incise the top crosswise with a knife.
Wrap the wooden box in aluminum foil for even cooking without spillage.
Place on your preheated plancha. Cook gently for 20-30 minutes. The heart should be nice and runny!
Toast slices of bread on the side while cooking.
Add garlic, herbs, a drizzle of olive oil or honey, and a little pepper or oregano as soon as it comes off the heat. Surround with cherry tomatoes.
