Moelleux au chocolat à l'air fryer

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 60g soft butter
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 50g flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

Break the dark chocolate into not too large pieces and cut the butter into small cubes.

Place in a container suitable for the Air fryer and melt for 2 minutes at 100°C.

Halve the vanilla and scoop out the pulp. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and vanilla pulp in a bowl.

Crack in the eggs and mix well.

Pour in the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.

Butter an Airfryer-compatible cake tin and pour in the chocolate batter.

Bake in the Desserts program for 25 minutes at 150°C.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or flavoured whipped cream.
