Ingredients
- 250g potatoes
- 60g cornflour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Cook and mashed potato the potatoes.
Add the cornflour, egg, baking powder, oil, milk and seasonings and mix.
Cook small ladles in your Speed Waffles 1500 Vintage.
