Pizza calzone with Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • tomato sauce
  • chopped mozzarella
  • mushrooms
  • ham

Cut out pizza dough rounds (4 per dough) using a cookie cutter or bowl.

Spread the tomato sauce over your circles, taking care to leave enough unstuffed space around the edges.

Add the ham pieces, finely sliced mushrooms and chopped mozzarella.

Fold your calzone in half and seal the edges to form a half-moon.

Place your calzones in the basket of your Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200°C (Fries program).

Turn over and continue cooking for a few minutes until your calzones are golden brown.
