Ingredients
- 150 g sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g mascarpone
- 20 cl chilled full-cream liquid
- 10 cl coffee
- 8 boudoirs
- A little cocoa powder
- Liquid caramel
Recipe
Pour the mascarpone cream and sweetened condensed milk into a bowl and beat the mixture with your Inox 400 mixer. Add the liquid cream and whip again until you have a stiff whipped cream.
Cut the boudoirs in half.
Spoon a tablespoon of tiramisu cream into 4 verrines. Add a layer of caramel and 2 half-biscuits dipped in coffee. Repeat once. Finish with a layer of crème tiramisu.
Repeat for each glass.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle with a thin layer of cocoa just before serving.
