Ingredients
- 165ml warm milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 100g softened butter
- 375g flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teabags salt
- 7g dried baker's yeast
Remove the bowl from the breadmaker. Pour warm milk into bowl. Add egg yolks and butter.
Cover with flour. Place the salt in one corner of the bowl and the sugar in the other.
Make a well in the flour without uncovering the liquid and add the yeast to the well.
Replace the bowl in the machine. Secure by turning slightly.
Select program 2 "Pain brioché", weight 750g, dark browning.
At the end of the program, remove the bowl with potholders and unmold the brioche.
