Ingredients for 16 chocolate briochettes
- 200ml warm milk
- 120g softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 500g flour
- 60g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sachet dried baker's yeast
- 100g chocolate chips
Remove the bowl from the breadmaker. Pour warm milk into bowl. Add butter and eggs.
Cover with flour. Place the salt in one corner of the bowl and the sugar in the other.
Make a well in the flour without uncovering the liquid and add the yeast to the well.
Replace the bowl in the machine. Secure by turning slightly.
Select program 14 "Rising dough".
At the end of the program, remove the dough and stir in the chocolate chips.
Divide the dough between 16 small molds. Leave to rise for 45 minutes. Brown in milk.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°.
