Cookies with Easy Pâtisserie

Ingredients 

  • 250g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 375g T65 flour
  • 250g chocolate chips
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 135°C. Mix the butter, sugar and egg in the bowl of your Easy Pâtisserie mixer. Then add the flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. When the dough is well mixed, add the chocolate chips. 

Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop out balls and place on baking paper-lined sheets. 

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven, even if they seem undercooked. Leave to cool.
