Pizza dough with Easy Bread

Ingredients

  • 150ml warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250g flour
  • 5g salt
  • 1 sachet dried baker's yeast

Pour lukewarm water into bowl. Add olive oil. Cover with flour. 

Put the salt in one corner of the bowl, the yeast in another. 

Select program 12 "Pizza dough". 

At the end of the program, remove the dough from the bowl, spread out on a floured work surface and fill. 

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
