Ingredients for 9 verrines
- 200 g shortbread
- 100 g melted butter
- 450 g Philadelphia
- 450 g cottage cheese
- 90 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- Fruit coulis
Melt the butter and stir into the crumbled cookies. Spread the mixture over the bottom of the verrines.
Mix the Philadelphia, fromage blanc, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Divide between the verrines on top of the cookies. Place the verrines in your Little Dessert with 50cl hot water, program 4, 4h.
Leave the verrines to cool, then place in the fridge. Cover with coulis and enjoy!
