Ricotta-Basil Galettes à la Crêpière Duo 1000

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 20g Parmesan cheese
  • 40g flour
  • ½ teaspoon yeast
  • Basil, finely chopped
  • Zest of half a lemon

Recipe

Break the egg into a bowl and beat lightly. Add the ricotta, grated Parmesan, flour, baking powder, chopped basil, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Preheat the baking trays according to your appliance's instructions. Lightly oil if necessary.

Spoon a tablespoon of batter into each crepe mould. Flatten slightly if you want thinner pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and set.

Enjoy the patties as they are, or accompany them with a green salad, cherry tomatoes or a squeeze of lemon to enhance the taste.
