Ingredients
- Red, yellow and green tomatoes
- Garlic
- Flat-leaf parsley
- Espelette pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt Pepper
Recipe
Press the garlic, chop the parsley and halve the tomatoes.Preheat the plancha over high heat for 15 minutes.
Oil the griddle and turn down the power for medium cooking.
Brown the tomatoes on the flesh side on the plancha.
Turn over and add breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and Espelette pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
