Ingredients
- Red, yellow and green tomatoes
- Garlic
- Flat-leaf parsley
- Espelette pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt Pepper
Recipe
Press the garlic, chop the parsley and cut the tomatoes in half.
Preheat the plancha to high heat for 15 minutes.
Oil the plancha and turn down the heat to medium.
Brown the tomatoes on the flesh side on the plancha.
Turn them over and add the breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and Espelette pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
