Ingredients
- 4 prawns per person
- Lemon
- Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Espelette pepper
- Salt & pepper
Recipe
The day before, prepare your marinade, adapting the quantity to the number of gambas: squeeze the lemon and mix in equal parts with the olive oil. Add the Espelette pepper (more or less, if you like it a little spicy or a lot) and the pressed, degermed garlic.
Place prawns in a dish and cover with marinade. Mix well. Cover and chill overnight.
Plug in your Electronic Grill in the open position and heat to 200°C.
Drain the prawns and place them on the grill. Turn regularly until evenly cooked and golden-brown.
Place in a dish and cover with the remaining marinade.
