Ingredients
- 500g strawberries
- 120g caster sugar
- 20cl full-fream cream
Recipe
Wash, hull and blend the strawberries. Strain the coulis to remove the seeds.
Whip the chilled whipping cream until stiff. Gently fold in the coulis and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
Remove the ice cream maker's jelly tub from the freezer. Pour the mixture into it.
If you wish, add small pieces of strawberry.
Turn on the ice-cream maker for about 40 minutes.
