Arancini at the Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • 150g risotto rice
  • 1 stock cube
  • 60g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30g soft butter
  • 1 ball mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 100g flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil

Cook the rice for 15 minutes in salted water with the stock cube. The rice should have completely absorbed the water.

Remove from the heat, add the butter and Parmesan, mix well and spread out on a baking sheet to cool.

Dice the mozzarella and place on a sheet of kitchen paper to dry.

Once the rice has cooled, take a tablespoon of rice in your hand and form a dumpling with a hole in it, into which you place a piece of mozzarella. Close the dumpling.

Once all the dumplings have been made, beat the egg and dip them one by one in it, then in the breadcrumbs.

Spray your Arancini with a little oil.

Place them in the basket of your Air Fryer and start cooking in the Fries program for 10 minutes (200°C).

Turn them over halfway through cooking.
