Falafel with Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Place the onion, garlic clove and herbs in a blender and finely chop.

Add the drained chickpeas, flour and spices and chop coarsely (this result should not be too fine).

Shape into ping-pong ball-sized balls.

Spray them with olive oil and place them in the basket of your Air Fryer.

Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C (Vegetables program), turning halfway through.
