Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken from 1.5kg to 2kg
- 3 shallots
- 1 sprig thyme
- salt
- pepper
Season your chicken inside and out with salt and pepper.
Press lightly on your chicken so that the top does not touch the heating element. Place your chicken in the drawer, breast side down! This way, the breasts will be less dry.
Start the Meat program and change the cooking time to 60 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken over, breast side up.
At the end of cooking, remove the drawer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before carving.
