Ingredients
- 600g chicken fillets
- 4 preserved or fresh lemons
- Lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon pink berries
- Salt
Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and crushed pink berries. Marinate chicken cubes in this mixture. Cut the lemons into quarters and remove the flesh from the preserved lemons. Thread chicken and lemon pieces alternately onto skewers.
Preheat the griddle on high heat for 15 minutes, then lightly oil with a brush and reduce power to medium heat.
Cook skewers on the plancha until chicken pieces are golden brown, turning as required. Watch carefully, as the sweet marinade can caramelize quickly.
