Ingredients
- 1 veal roast, 1.5 kg
- 10 slices pancetta
- 10 slices Emmental cheese
- thyme
- salt
- pepper
Cut slices 3/4 of the way through the roti
Line up the slices of pancetta and Emmenthal on the inside.
Sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Roll up the roast and tie.
Place it in the drawer of your Air Fryer and start the Meat program (200° C), for 30 minutes.
