Ingredients:
- 90g cornflour
- 180g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs + 3 yolks
- 37.5cl whole milk
- 30cl full-cream liquid
- 1kg cherries
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
Preheat oven to 180°.
Rinse cherries and remove stems.
Place all ingredients in blender. Start blender program.
Grease a mold or individual molds. Place the cherries in the mould. Pour the batter over them.
Bake for 35 minutes. Check for doneness. Extend by ten minutes if necessary.
