Ingredients:
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 20cl liquid cream
- 100g Roquefort cheese
- chopped chives
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Place eggs, yolks, cream and Roquefort cheese in blender. Blend on blender setting until smooth.
Add salt, pepper and chopped chives.
Butter 4 ramekins or a 20 cm-diameter pie dish and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a bain-marie at 200° for 20 minutes. Check for doneness. Serve warm, with a green salad or mushrooms.
