Ingredients for 2 croques-monsieur
- 4 slices of sliced brioche (or chocolate chip brioche for those with a sweet tooth)
- 4 tablespoons speculoos paste
- 1 ripe banana
Spread a spoonful of speculoos pastry on each slice of brioche.
Peel and slice the banana.
Take a slice of brioche covered with speculoos pastry and place half the banana slices on top. Cover with a second slice.
Repeat for the second slice. Bake.
