Ingredients for 2 croques :
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- white ham, cured ham, bacon,...
- 2 to 3 slices of raclette cheese per bite
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Provence herbs
- pepper
Brush the bread slices on one side with the crème fraîche, then sprinkle with a few herbes de Provence and a turn of the pepper mill.
Place the cheese slices on the bases of the croques, and place the white ham (or cured ham, or bacon...) on top. Top with a slice of sandwich bread (the cream-covered side should be in contact with the charcuterie).
Cook.
Enjoy with a small green salad!
