Happy Blend red fruit and white chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 60g butter
  • 50cl milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 150g sugar
  • 90g flour
  • 150g almond powder
  • 500g red fruit
  • 150g white chocolate

Preheat oven to 180°.

Melt the butter with the milk in the microwave.

Place all ingredients in blender (except raspberries and white chocolate), add warm milk and melted butter. Blend on blender program until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a 26 cm tart tin and leave to rest for ten minutes.

Cut 100g of white chocolate into small pieces. Sprinkle over the dough. Add 350g of red fruit.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, leave the cake to cool and unmould. Melt the white chocolate and decorate the top of the cake with lines. Decorate with remaining red fruit.
