Schoko-Bons ice cream à la Happy Sorbets

Ingredients

  • 40cl full cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
  • 10cl sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 Schoko-Bons

Recipe

Place the bowl of your food processor and the cream in the freezer for a few minutes. Using the mixer, whip the cream until stiff. When it begins to set, slowly add the condensed milk and vanilla at low speed.

Pour the mixture into the ice-cream maker and leave to run for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes, add the coarsely crushed Schoko-Bons.

Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, transfer the ice cream to a container and place in the freezer for an hour before serving.

This ice cream can be made with your leftover Easter or Christmas chocolates, a quick and easy way to enjoy them that's sure to please!
