Chocolate yoghurts à la Little Desserts

Ingredients for 9 verrines

  • 1.4L whole or semi-skimmed milk
  • 200g chocolate (dark or milk, to taste)
  • about 10 teaspoons sugar
  • 3g ferment or 1 plain yoghurt (120g)

Melt the milk in a saucepan.

Turn off the hob and add the sugar to melt. Break the chocolate into pieces and stir into the milk. Stir until the pieces have completely melted.

Let cool (maximum 35°) before adding the ferment or plain yoghurt.

Whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the verrines. Place the verrines without their lids in your Little Desserts and close.

After connecting the appliance, select program 1.

The programmed time is 10h. Use the - key to reduce it to 8h.

At the end of the cycle, place the verrines in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
