Happy Sorbets yogurt ice cream

Ingredients

  • 350g Greek yogurt
  • 75g brown sugar
  • 20cl full cream

 

Combine the yoghurt and sugar, and whisk well. Add the cream and place in an ice-cream maker for 25 minutes.

Enjoy straight from the ice-cream maker.

Tips :

This ice cream is even better with a small fruit coulis and a few toasted flaked almonds for crunch.

If you have leftover ice cream and put it in the freezer, it will be necessary to take it out a few minutes before the next tasting to allow it to become creamy again.
