Ingredients
- 100g cornflour
- 100g flour
- 4 eggs
- 50cl semi-skimmed milk
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
For the garnish :
- bananas
- spread
- praline chips
In your Easy pastry blender, break in the eggs and blend. Add flour, cornstarch, vanilla sugar and milk. Whip well, until the dough has no lumps.
Cook the crepes with your Duo 1000 crepe maker, and set aside.
Just before serving, spread Nutella on a crêpe. Add a few sprinkles of praline, then place the whole peeled banana on the edge of the crepe, and roll up as if making a maki. Cut into slices and serve!
Try it with chopsticks for added fun!
