Eggs casserole with Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • chives
  • salt
  • pepper

Grease four individual ramekins.

Put a tablespoon of cream in each, half a slice of salmon cut into small pieces, two eggs, the other half of the slice of smoked salmon cut into small pieces, and another tablespoon of cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the 4 ramekins in the basket of your Air Fryer and start the Pains program (160°).

After 5 minutes, check that the eggs are cooked: the yolk should be runny and the white cooked. Continue if necessary.
