Ingredients:
- 40 clams
- 200g softened butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs parsley
Soak the clams in a large volume of cold water with coarse salt for 2 hours.
Rinse and place in the basket of your Air Fryer, Fish program.
Check your basket regularly and remove them as soon as all the clams have been opened (this only takes a few minutes).
Leave the clams to cool, then remove the top shells.
Chop the parsley and garlic and mix with the butter in your Security mix.
Put a dab of this mixture on each clam and run them through your Air Fryer in Turbo mode for a few minutes.
