Gingerbread with Easy Bread

Ingredients for one gingerbread :

  • 10cl warm milk
  • 250g melted honey
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 140g T55 flour
  • 60g wholemeal flour
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • gingerbread spices

Remove the bowl from the breadmaker.

Place the milk, honey and butter in a saucepan.

Heat gently. Allow to cool. Pour contents of warm pan into bowl. Add egg.

Cover with flour. Add sugar, baking powder and spices.

Replace the bowl in the machine. Secure by turning slightly.

Select program 15 "Cake/Gâteaux".

At the end of the program, check the gingerbread with a knife blade. If necessary, continue baking by adding time with program 18 "Bake only".

When the gingerbread is cooked, remove the bowl with potholders and unmold.
