Pita bread with Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • 250g T55 flour
  • 12g baker's yeast
  • 150g warm water (30°C)
  • 5g salt
  • 10g olive oil

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water in the bowl of your food processor.

Add all the ingredients and knead for 5 minutes.

Leave to grow for 1h30 and then fold over.

Divide the dough into 8 balls and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Flatten the balls into 3 mm thick patties and leave to rest for 10 min before placing the first loaf in the drawer of your Air Fryer.

Cook for 5 minutes in the Turbo program. Adjust the baking time. Repeat with the next loaf.
