Ingredients (for 12 to 15 pancakes)
- 125g flour
- 1 egg
- 240ml ribot milk (fermented milk)
- 30g caster sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on blender setting until smooth.
Heat the Happy Blend, lightly butter it and pour in a small ladleful of batter. As soon as bubbles appear, turn the pancake over and leave to cook for a few seconds. They'll puff up again...
Serve warm with a dash of maple syrup or a spoonful of homemade jam.
