Ingredients
- 4 peppers of different colors
- 2 garlic cloves
- cumin powder
- 4 sprigs chopped coriander
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Wash peppers, cut into quarters, remove seeds, white parts and stems.
Place the quarter peppers in the basket of your Air Fryer, taking care not to overlap them.
Bake on the Vegetables program (190°C) for 20 minutes. The skin should toast and blister.
Remove the peppers and leave to cool. Remove the skin.
Cut the peppers into strips and arrange on a platter.
Season with chopped garlic, cumin powder, olive oil, lemon juice and chopped coriander.
