Mousse sauce with Easy Soup and Little Chopper

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 20cl neutral oil

Place the egg white in the bowl of the Little mincer. Equip it with the emulsifying disc and press the device for about 30 seconds. 

Place the whole egg, the tablespoon of mustard and 20cl of neutral oil in a container with a high rim. Hold the Easy Soup upright on the bottom of the container. Turn on your Easy Soup: mayonnaise forms in seconds. 

Gently fold the egg white into the mayonnaise: your Mousseline sauce is ready! 

Perfect with asparagus!
