Ingredients:
- 300g buckwheat flour
- 50cl water
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
Mix the flour and salt in the bowl of an Easy pätisserie food processor. Make a well in the center and pour in the water in batches, whisking briskly to prevent lumps forming.
Once the mixture is smooth, add the beaten egg.
Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
Now all you have to do is cook your galettes on your Celtic Chef!
