Ingredients for 4 coconut rice pudding
- 500ml coconut milk
- 80g round rice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 passion fruits
- blueberries
Remove the bowl from the breadmaker. Pour the coconut milk into the bowl. Add the round rice and the 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Replace the bowl in the machine. Secure by turning slightly.
Select program 16 "Jam/Compote".
At the end of the program, remove the bowl from the machine.
Cool and divide between 4 ramekins. Garnish with passion fruit flesh and blueberries.
