Ingredients
- 20cl warm milk
- 10cl warm water
- 50g softened butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 500g T55 flour
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1.5 teaspoons dried baker's yeast
Remove the bowl from the breadmaker. Pour lukewarm water and milk into bowl. Add butter and honey.
Cover with flour. Place the salt in a corner of the bowl.
Make a well in the flour without uncovering the liquid and add the yeast to the well.
Replace the bowl in the machine. Secure by turning slightly.
Select program 1 "Pain de mie", weight 750g, dark browning.
At the end of the program, remove the bowl with potholders and unmould the bread.
