Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 90 g melted butter
- 26 cl ribot milk (fermented milk)
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 15 cl milk
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
Plug in your Speed gaufres 1400 waffle iron to heat it up.
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on the blender program until smooth.
Pour a ladleful of batter into your waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes.
Take the waffle out and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar just before serving!
